What we don't do
- We don't recommend specific contractors. Our pricing data is independent — we don't have skin in any individual contractor's pipeline. For contractor matching, see our methodology page.
- We don't provide professional services. CostPatch is informational only — we don't perform inspections, write contracts, or arbitrate disputes. For those, see a licensed professional in your state.
- We don't sell your data. Email submissions to CostPatch are not shared with third parties except where required to fulfill your specific request (e.g., if you request a contractor referral and we route it to Networx or similar partners). See our privacy policy.
